V.V.R Industries - Polymers Unit
About us: V.V.R POLYMERS is a PET preform manufacturer founded in 2015 to provide Preforms and custom packaging solutions to customers who appreciate working closely with a capable, reliable and flexible supplier.
We, one of the leading PET Preforms manufacturers; PET preforms are produced on World Class - Ferromatik Milacron India (FMI) Injection Molding machines & ACME , Ashish Molds. This results in a smooth finish, flash free, tailless and uniform wall thickness preform with high clarity, dust free, superior quality and near zero 'A' level. The design is such that while blowing the preform you will get uniform material distribution resulting in superior sturdiness and improved transparency. With a customer centered focus, our goal is to provide best value in PET packaging. This is done by leveraging our capabilities to consistently produce a reliable & quality product.
Precise quality control is implemented at every stage of production to ensure that all PET preforms are of the highest standard. This leads to decreased waste, increased quality control, reliable on-time deliveries, and competitive prices.
The preforms are made under
stringent quality control conditions. This gives our customers trouble free
production with near zero rejections which saves valuable time as well as
reduces their production costs. Our fully equipped laboratory ensures that all
products meet or exceed international quality standards. We also undertake
custom jobs for MNCs and customers with large orders.
Company Overview:
OUR MARKET SEGMENTS:
We have introduced multiple preform varieties for the requirements
in the Mineral Water, Hotfill (Juice), Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD), Liquor and
other niche segments like Oil and Rose Water. The cutting edge that our company
possesses over our rivals has been the availability of lighter weight preforms
that do not compromise on the quality or strength of the ultimately filled
bottles. This has been done by reducing the weight of the preforms in the non
blowing areas so that the strength of the bottle in the blowing area is never
compromised and therefore allowing the blown bottle to possess the same
strength.
